Title of Goods

All goods supplied remain the property of Lakeland Childrens Books until payment has been received in full.

Shipping and Delivery

Prices quoted for Goods do not include delivery charges.

The cost of shipping will be quoted at the time of order.

Delivery dates quoted are estimates only and the Company shall not be responsible for any delays howsoever caused.

All items are usually shipped using Royal Mail. Any delivery times quoted are estimated, and are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions.

In the UK items up to 0.5kg will usually be shipped by First Class mail, items over this weight will be sent via standard parcels.

Overseas orders will usually be shipped by Airmail, unless surface mail is specifically requested at the time of order

Insurance is not included in any shipping charges.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Carriage for all returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser. We do ask however that customers contact us before returning any item.

If you wish to cancel your order:

• you can notify us by email to sales@lakelandchildrensbooks.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you, or
• where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We do ask however that customers contact us before returning any item.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.

The right to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

In the event that the product has been used in the case of software, audio or visual products, or where the packaging has been unsealed. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
